Brandi Shelton – Client Support Specialist
I joined TEVET as a Customer Support Specialist in March of 2018. Although my BS and MBA degrees focus on business, I’ve spent my entire career serving customers. It’s what I love to do!
I began working in retail at a young age and spent many years, face-to-face, with the public. I was so shy in my personal life, but always felt at ease in front of my customers.
Later, I started in call center customer service roles and worked my way up the ranks to management–only deviating from that path for a brief time, where I wrote marketing materials and proofread for an International multi-level marketing company. I missed customer interaction, however, and moved on to the Automotive industry where I helped a local dealership create a customer service and business development center. Now, I’m excited to be here at TEVET to help create positive experiences for our customers in Aerospace and Defense.
When I’m home with my family, we love taking care of our very big dogs and cats, and whichever foster dogs we’ve got hanging about on their way to their “fur-ever” homes. Although it’s hard to say goodbye, we’re happy to provide a place to foster rescue dogs to free up space at the local animal shelters.
We also love to grow things at my house. We’re very proud of our big vegetable garden. It takes us all to make it succeed – picking, canning, and cooking. I also love to bake. I don’t think I’ve ever met a carb I didn’t like!
We’re also big music lovers in my house. You’ll find us singing (sometimes off-key), dancing (often awkwardly), and going to concerts. I was a drummer in my younger days, and my son can’t seem to make up his mind what instrument he wants to play. Maybe he’ll play them all!Explore Our Team
