The centerpiece of the U.S. Navy’s airborne Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) mission is the Raytheon AN/AQS-22 Airborne Low Frequency Sonar (ALFS). The AN/ AQS-22 is the only deployed “dipping active sonar” with multi-frequency operational capabilities that adapts to varying environmental conditions and identifies threats sooner over a large area.

The LCC is one of the world's largest and most technically advanced high speed, variable-pressure closed-loop water tunnel facilities.
